• Equipment and supplies related to different kinds of injections

• Medication dosage and medical orders including common abbreviations

• Diverse aspects of patient informed consent

• The correct needle length and injection technique crucial for correct injection

• The correct injection technique for different needle lengths and correct forming of skin fold

• Learning various injections such as-

• Intravenous injections

• Intramuscular injections

• Z track injections

• Subcutaneous injections

• Intradermal injections

• Depot injections

• Infiltration technique

• Injection pain & pain control

• Routine practices & Additional Precautions

• Injection hygiene & Injection safety

• Infection control and asepsis

• Complications in various Injections and problem solving

• Documentation following procedure
