Diploma in Medical Office Assistant (MOA)

We are enrolling new students for our Diploma and Certificate programs online and via phone & email. During this period of lock-down our students are able to continue their education through instructor led online classes and in-class practical sessions in small groups, to be job ready in their respective fields of study.

Program Overview


Medical Office Assistants are important and integral part of the Canadian health care system  as they provide assistance to the patients and doctors at various healthcare facilities. The Diploma in Medical Office Assistant (MOA) program at Springfield College has been designed with expert knowledge of Health Care System and skill expertise in the medical field to prepare the students to acquire all needed information and clinical & assistance skills  for fruitful and effective employment in Canadian health care setting. This program opens the doors to a variety of employment opportunities for the students with the definite potential for the growth and advancement in the Canadian health care system.

Program Duration

The Medical Office Assistant program at Springfield College is 19 weeks program with the understanding that the students will be able to attain the essential knowledge and skills to be effective Health Care Professional and a skilled member of Canadian Health Care System. Those who are currently employed in the medical office, hospitals or other health care institutions can also join this program to receive diploma or further their skills and knowledge.
